Hi Mac123,

Is this your Mitchell family in 1861?  Its the closest fit that I have found.

1861 Census

Upper Benton Royds, Kirkburton, Yorkshire

Henry Mitchell - Head - md. - 28 - Farmer of 40 acres of land - b. Yorks., Stansfield

Sarah A. Mitchell - w. - md. - 21 - Farmer's Wife - b. Yorks., Flockton

Sarah E. Mitchell - d. - 2 - Farmer's Daughter - b. Yorks., Flockton

John W. P. Mitchell - s. - ? mo. - Farmer's Son - b. Yorks., Kirkburton

Ann Yates - servant - unm. - 15 - House Servant - b. Yorks., Methley

ref:  RG9 / 3253 / ED14 / f.105 / p.23

The age of the youngest child was unclear as to how many months old he was.

And could this be your Webster family in 1861?

1861 Census

Old Road, Batley and Churwell, Yorkshire

Rebecca Townend - Head - Widow - 67 - Pauper - b. Yorks., Silkstone

John Webster - Son-in-law - md. - 23 - Woollen Dyers Labourer - b. Yorks., Morley

Hannah Webster - d. - md. - 24 - b. Yorks., Silkstone

William Webster - Grandson - under 1 mo. - b. Yorks., Churwell

Ref:  RG9 / 3361 / ED2 / f.29 / p.14

The township of Batley and Churwell falls within the ecclesiastical district of Morley cum Churwell.

Hope this helps.
