Please can anyone lookup 1851 census in Dundee angus for a John Smith a doctor   with a daughter Jessie,  also same person same census in Barry A ngus.
I have 2 Johns with a Jessie if i can find out if one was a doctor i will have found the missing piece.
would be grateful for any help

You can do this for yourself at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
