1871 Census - York - MYTON Completed Thank You
« on: Sunday 16 July 06 09:35 BST (UK) »
Could SKS possibly look-up George and Lucy MYTON for me in 1871 in York.

George was born abt. 1842 in York and wife Lucy born abt. 1848 (not sure where).

Children in 1871 would be:

Mary Ann b. 1868 in York and possibly Alfred b. abt. 1870.

Any help much appreciated.

Trevor,

Thanks very much for the look-up.

After I sent you my BOWMAN information I realised I had made an error with Hannah BOWMAN (that married this George MYTON) so I asked for this look-up to help me sort things out.

I am also grateful for help from Ricky1 and Joe, - see posts:

I now think that Hannah BOWMAN may have married a James BOWMAN which is where the confusion came in as her name didn't change, can't find a marriage record to prove this yet though.

Hope you had a successful trip and look forward to exchanging more BOWMAN information when you can.
