Look-up please for George and Hannah Williams.

George b1834 Hanley, Worcestershire
Hannah b1829 Newland, Worcestershire

I have them in 1881 at 23 Mount Pleasant St, West Brom with their six children, the eldest being 20, but I wonder if there is an elder child that may have left home by 1881.

Yes this is them and great g.dad William is still the eldest child.  It looks like Ellen & Elizabeth are twins, although I'm not aware of any other twins in the my family in later generations.  Ellen isn't with the rest of the family in 1881 - hope she's with grandparents or something.
