Suffolk Lookup - Sarah FITCH Please

hello,
was wondering if anyone could help.i have a sarah fitch born in 1828 in little thurlow.she had a illegitimate son in 1847 who was raised by his grandparents but i cant find out wot happened to sarah fitch after his birth,any help would be appreciated. thankyou ::)

Although I havent found a death its possible she died in childbirth
