1841 & 1851 census lookup: William Jones

I am hoping someone can find William and
Charlotte Jones for me please.  I know they
lived in Ightham, Kent in the 1860s.

William Jones was b. abt 1812 and his
wife Charlotte was b. abt 1817.

Their children Adelaide, Dan and Julia Ann were
born in Wrotham, Kent.

Think I've found them
BUT.......
William BENNETT 25 ag lab
Charlotte 20
Adelaide 7
Dan 6
Julia 4
Amos 2
George 1
all born Kent
living Borough Green HO107/459/15

Even allowing for rounding it's hard to see that these are all Charlotte's children.
Think you need to look at the parish records.

I do appreciate all the help I've been
given in the search for my ancestors.

Bearkat,  Adelaide was born 1834 a year
after William and Charlotte's marriage in
July 1833.

The birthdates in the 1841 census may
be wrong.  William should be 29 and
Charlotte 27.

In the 1841 census ages were generally rounded down to the nearest 5.  Obviously they were a bit imaginative with Charlotte.

I'm intrigued to know why the BENNETTS became JONES.
