kentucky millions

hi ,
can anyone help find out more about the kentucky millions story that was reported in the paper in the us in 1930/31 and was also carried in the paper here in the uk.
the million belonged to a thomas duckham, died leaving no hiers , story woul have been about the search for claiments.
i believe their is a newspaper article from the new york times dated 14 sep 1930, titled;
8 britons act to get kentucky millions- claiments to mineral rights under duckham estate to send representatives here.

i was wondering if anyone had access to these records and could find the rest of the report.or any other info in relation to this story
