Isabella Smith, b. Locherbie?

 searching for information relating to Isabella Smith.  Isabella was born 1853 +/- one year in, i think,  Locherbie, Dumfrieshire.

 She was the second wife of Samuel Kelly Crosbie.  She died Liverpool, 3 July 1853, aged 82 years.

i would really like to establish if Isabella was born in Locherbie, and if possible other family names, father, mother etc.

A search of the 1861 Scottish census through the ScotlandsPeople pay per view website throws up a possible match in that there is an 8 year old Isabella Smith b. Locherbie living with her family in the district of Brydekirk.  Do you have her marriage details?  If she married in England it should at least state her fathers name and occupation which might prove if this is the correct family.

i dont have isabellas marriage details yet.   she may well have been married in liverpool. i shall verify it. thank you again.
