Can anyone identify the occupation of John Unsworth the one on the top?

If it helps the one on the bottom is George Watson Shipwright

Gynane, Unsworth, Birch, Duncan.

I thought MALtSTER to, without seeing Sittontrust's reply.  Difficult as it's pretty fuzzy.

Don't want to be picky, but the word is "maltster" - with a T in the middle.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
