FAMILY NAME BOLLANDS

HI, I AM TRACING THE FAMILY NAME OF BOLLABDS.  MY LATE FATHER WAS JOHN EDWARD BOLLANDS, HIS FATHER WAS ALSO JOHN AND HIS FATHER WAS ARTHUR, DO ANY OF THESE NAMES RING ANY BELLS.  MY FAMILY ALL COME FROM THE MIDDLESBROUGH AREA IN THE NORTH EAST, BUT I THINK ARTHUR'S FAMILY CAME FROM LEICESTER.  ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.  MANY THEANKS FOR LOOKING!  JANE

This is the only Arthur Bollands in Middlesbrough I can find in the 1891 census.  The address is number 87 and then an address I can't read.
