I am looking for information please about the parents and siblings of Annie Rossiter born circa 1840 in Shirly. She had a sister Isabel born circa 1844 in Beaulieu and a brother Charles born circa 1849 in Alton.

Many thanks for that. It seems the information I have been given to work from was a cut down version of the 1861 census. Looking at my original post I see that I have miscalculated Isabel's year of birth as the age in my version of the 1861 is given as 17.

Having said that it definitely is the same family as my notes also have Anne Cross on them too, a needlewoman from Frome.

Having now got the parents I can now start to link Henry Rossiter the father to his ancestors. Thanks again for your help.

Can someone please check the 1841 Census and see if they can find the parents and siblings of Henry J Rossiter born 1826 at Preshaw, Bishop Walton? Hopefully, I will then be able to link Henry's children listed above with their grandparents.
