Could someone please find time to look up a newspaper for me.
Looking for the death notices of Pearl Gertrude Watson who died in Dunedin 7th February 1978.

Also her husband John Alfred Watson who died in Dunedin 21st  October 1954.

BD, thanks for giving this link, I would like to try it also. Can you tell me how far back the Archives go please? I had a look on their website but couldn't see this anywhere.

The online edition and the subscription pages both mention that the Archives can be searched from 2nd January 2004 to the present day - which doesnt help you. 

You could try the Dunedin Public Library.

Back issues of the Otago Daily Times (1861 onwards) and the Otago Witness (1851-1932) are available on microfilm in the McNab New Zealand Room of the City Library.

Suggest you get in touch with the City Library. They should have a research service for a small fee.
