I am trying to find the parents of Alexander Cushnie b.30/8/1844 in Fetteresso, Kincardine.

Do you have a date of death for James. It would be easier to check if he died 1855 and after? Even a rough birth date would help - from later censuses. Nothing in Feteresso.
