St Mary the Virgin, Dover - Look up please

I have come across some people who I know are connected to my family tree but I just cant work out how.
I have found Ann Mayne (c1791) and James Mayne (c1786) in the 1841 who appear to be looking after my Gr x 3 grandmother.  I believe Ann may have previously been Ann Durand but have been unable to confirm this.

I'm hoping there may be a marriage record between Ann Durand and James Mayne but can only guess at the time.  It would probably be c1813.

I have also found a record on the IGI for Frederick Mayne who married Joan Durand at SMTV on 7-11-1806.  I'm wondering whether any witnesses on the marriage entry could help.  Joan was born c1786 and died 1848 but I cant link her with my tree.

Any help would be much appreciated.
