Looking for any information on George Keyes who married Eleanor Lowry on 11th May 1835 at Raphoe Presbyterian Church Raphoe.
I have George as coming from either Lifford, Castlefin or Tyrone and that's about it have not been able to locate any other info on George apart from that he was alive in Australia in 1879 and had died by 1902.
One of his sons was born in Boston and later came out to Australia George could have died in Australia or New Zealand were he had family but have had no luck in tracing him in either country, I am now wondering if he went back to Boston (have not researched this option so far) and died there or back to Ireland however have researched Ireland with no luck.
Eleanor died in New Zealand in 1902 and her death notice mentions the "late George Keyes"
Any info on George would be most appreciated.
