Hi Genealiza

What a star you are!!  Several have looked for the family in the 1901 census in the past but none have been successful.  Well done!

I didn't forget Grace. Sadly she died in 1925 and is buried with her parents in Soule cemetery in Auburn NY.

Yes your assumption is correct.  It is the children who had left home in 1920 or 1930 that I am still looking for.  The hope is that I might identify some of their children who theoretically could still be alive and traceable.  One can live in hope!!

Good luck.

Kind regards

Roger

According to the Social Security Death Index and the Florida Death Index, there is a Lillian Gregerson, b. 25 Mar 1893 who died, 16 Jul 1987.  Her last residence was: Largo, Pinellas, Florida.  She applied for her SS# in New York.
There is an obituary from the "St. Petersbury Times" on July 18, 1987.  I will see if any of my library cards will allow free access to this, otherwise, one has to pay to get the copy.

Also, in the Florida Death Index, there is one Hans Peter Gregerson who d. Sep 1966 in Pinellas County, Florida

Here is the 1930 census for this couple.  I'm having trouble finding them in 1920:

1930  Greece   Monroe   New York
Roll 1446   Pg 33A   Enum Dist 213
160 Wendhurst Drive

Gregerson, Hans P, head, rents home, $50, has a radio, male, white, 39, mar,
24 yrs of age at 1st mar, can read, write, b. Pennsylvania, Denmark
Denmark, spks Eng, manager, clothing factory, worker, worked
                   yesterday, not a veteran

Lillian, wife, female, white, 36, mar, 21 yrs of age at 1st mar, can
read, write, b. New York, Eng, Pennsylvania, spks Eng

Ruth M, dau, female, white, 14, single, attends school, can read,
                   write, b. NY, PA, NY

Marion E, dau, female, white, 10, single, attends school, can read,
                   write, b. NY, PA, NY

I also found the only Charlotte Gorman (Charlotte H Gorman) b. 1904, listed in the SSDI.
born--2 June 1904
died--2 May 1988
last residence--Acton, Middlesex, Massachusetts
SS# issued in Connecticut

also in same SSDI there is:

Ruth Furey, b. 2 Nov 1894, d May 1980
last residence--Elmira, Chemung, NY
SS# issued in NY

Hi Genealiza

Wow!!! How exciting.   This is as good as it gets.  Three married children identified plus two grandchildren who both technically could still be alive.  The obituary is obviously an important document as it may give details of children or even grandchildren.  If you can't access it please let me know how I can pay to get a copy.

I hope that you can find still find more of the children before our luck runs out.

Thanks once again

Kind regards

Roger
