   REYNOLDS KEMERY B.ABT 1840
      IN C.LANE LONDON
        WAS A PUPIL AT LITTLEHAMPTON SUSSEX
    thats all it says on the letter
      sorry but I do not know any other info
      if anyone can help that would be great to me

1851 Census has him at
Surrey House, Littlehampton, Sussex
Reynolds Kemery Pupil U 11 Son of Solicitor London C Lane
HO107/1651; Folio: 499; Page: 26

Whatever letter you have I think somebody has just given you the information straight from Ancestry, if you look at the image itself I would say the surname is Kennedy.  Do you have somebody in your tree by the surname of Kemery?

Reynolds Kennedy, born about 1840 Chancery Lane, Liberty of Rolls, Middlesex,  is the son of Thomas and Susanna L Kennedy and has quite a large number of brothers and sisters by 1861.  They are living in Devonshire Road, Streatham and he has become a Solicitor's Articled Clerk.

                      there are KEMMERY/KEMERY on my
                      family tree in west ham/ and other
                      parts of London Susanna kemmery/
                      kemery is on my tree but no leads
                      this is great news if you have any
                      other info on them that would be
