South Hinksey parish lookup please

Am trying to trace a James Tasker, farm labourer, who was living in South Hinksey at the time he stole a pig and was transported to Tasmania in 1820 aged 35.  I have come to a halt in finding him but believe he may have been married especially at that age.  Two native places are listed as Oxford City and Buckhamshire but another dead end!!
There is no information here in Oz about his marital status or even any family.  Would be a great help if someone could find him and get me going again.

i helped someone in Oz about this guy i am sure . i could not find him at all. I went to the oxford records office. However i still have some info , i'll start to see what i have still.

Unless of course you were the person i helped over a year ago    !

Ps i'm sure it is not t you who i helped.
I have looked and i can't find info  but i will contact the lady in Oz and get some more details for you. I am sure that he was married when he went to Diemans land . I will look at home for copy of emails .

I found something and it's slooowwly coming back to me 

HO/107/891/12 1841 living in Mary Magdalen ,Oxford
Sophia gardener  55 born in the county
william henry Tasker  25  also born in the county

Sophia seemed to call herself gardiner after '41 i recall .

She died in Headington Workhouse at the age of 90  (3a 415 headington death cert. reference)
HOWEVER- on her death record she was Sophia TASKER 
Leave it with me and i'll try to jog my memory
