Hi
i'm having trouble finding a death reference for a young boy who died between 7 and 9 years old. Between the years of 1940 and 1950.
He was called Johnnie Kelly. Born in southampton and died on a bridge in bitterne road ( i assume its the train bridge , but it could have been northam bridge). He pushed a friend out of a car way and he got hit by the bumper and crashed into the bridge wall and died from his injuries.
I also cannot find his birth refernce. he was definatly born in southampton.between 1940 and 50. He was the youngest of 3 children the first being born in 1938. I'm going to try deaths between 50's and 60's but please could someone else take a look.
I've tried john kelly. and johnny but i cant think what other spellings of it could have been.
ALSO
Does anyone know if car crashes in the 1940's'50's were recorded? Because surely they werent common, and would of appeared in some type of paper. any suggestions which one?
