Just saw the post on the other thread. Seems they were called Fenn rather than Penn  :-[ I see the marriage Sep 1855 Madeley.

Pretty sure that's a transcription error - see response on Shropshire thread, & now Annie CJ seems to have found Emma & bro William Penn (visiting in 1861) also in Dawley in 1851
