1820's baptism ?

One of my ancestors was born (probably) 1820-1825. On the census' it says either Middlesex or  St. Georges.
I have looked at various parish records in Middlesex and not been able to find him.
He is not on the IGI
I wonder does anyone have access to Pallots that they can search for me for the whole of England? so I can concentrate on a particular area

His name was
William payne Rodwell b. circa 1822 - father James Rodwell
Unfortunately his father died before William married and I have not been able to trace this death or the line further back.

Any help or pointings in the correct direction much appreciated
