Looking at the census sheet there could be another child there that is 6 months old, the first part of the name is Jane but carn't make out the surname.

 I thought that to begin with but there is no ditto at the end of the name it just say Jane and thats it. plus it is seperated from the other family by a / mark, which normally means another surname in the household.
