I am hoping someone with easy access to records can see if there is a marriage of Richard SIMKINS to Mary ? (possibly Goodman) prior to 1821 at Cornworthy.
Mary was born Cornworthy about 1792. It is possible that her mother's name was Clara, as an elderly Clara Goodman lived next door in 1841. (It is hard to tell from the image if she is actually in the same household for sure)
Richard was a mariner from Dartmouth, and this was also where the children that I know about were born - though there also appears to be a connection to Brixham.
