And if so, is there anyone kind enough to look for a bptis for me please if they have time to?

I am looking for the baptism or birth of Thomas R Gregory born in about 1831/32 in East Stonehouse in Plymouth.

That I hope will also give his mothers name and maybe an address.

If it is also an easy task to backtrack (and if details of marriages) are findable I'd like to try and find a marriage for her before this date probably in Devon still.

His fathers  name was William.

She also died before 1841 so her death would be great too.

I think I'm asking a lot here as I haven't been to a record office yet myself and don't know how hard or easy these tasks are.  So thank you to anyone who can do these lookups for me, even if it is only one.

Many thanks

There is no baptism for your man in Stonehouse, but there is this one in Plymouth Charles- found on the Devon Family History Society's "Deanery of the Three Towns" CD- see http://www.devonfhs.org.uk/publications.htm#CD

GREGORY,THOMAS RICH date 20 06 1830
Parents-WILLIAM RICH and LUCY CUMMING GREGORY, fathers occ:- SHIPWRIGHT address:-GASKING STREET

No burial for Lucy up to 1837 on same CD

There is no marriage on the CD for William Rich Gregory & Lucy (1754 to 1837)
It may be worth you asking for a printout from the Devon FHS marriage index- this covers the whole of Devon- see  http://www.devonfhs.org.uk/publications.htm#Indexes
