Death Look up please for SPRING

Please would some kind person do me a look up for Eliza Spring died after the 1861 census which she was born 1836, wife of Josiah Spring.  Much Appreciated. Thank you. gladys1

Here's some clues ....

Most likely will be in Ampthill RD as Josiah & Eliza were living in Westoning, & on 1871 census there is a child age 8 so Eliza most likely died soon after 1863.

SPRING, Eliza
Age: 32
Ampthill 3a 274

The age & registration district tie in with the 1861 census entry.
