It is Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham, Manchester I think you are looking for. The area was predominantly Jewish from the late Victorian period and there were lots of Synagogues and Cemeteries also a Jewish hospital. I think if you contact the local Jewish Society they maybe able to help.

There are lots of books written about the area and some novels based on Jewish immigrants to Manchester. If you have got a map of the area look for Victoria station the road that goes towards Crumpsall, Prestwich is Cheetham Hill Road.

I honestly don't know. How about trying ask jeeves? I know there was a Jewish Cemetery on Rochdale Road and also one at the back of Crumpsall Hospital but there are so many smaller ones around Cheetham Hill because at that time it was a Jewish area. If you have her home address and work outwards from there I am sure that you will get there eventually.

Was she from Russian ancestry? It may help if you know where her parents came from, it would maybe link in with a Synagogue in the area.

Just had an idea there is a Jewish Museum on Cheetham Hill Road. Why not contact them. They maybe able to help you find her parents. If you want a look up on the 1901 census then I can do it for you. Hang on was she born here or in Prussia? Have you looked for her marriage?

If you need any more help just let me know.

Was Morris her maiden or married name? How old was she when she died?

Are you just looking for her buriel place or do you want any other help with the family?
