I can find her on census1891
She was born in Over Cambridge, maiden name Utteridge on census 1871
That is the only time I found her.

Everyone has access to 1841/51/61 Cambs census indexes via Cambs FHS marvellous website at
http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html

Just put in Utt and Jane and up she comes in Over! Then Utt and parish Over and you'll get her family group. Then you can request a full look up quoting the reference if you need the full entry.

There are also baptism and burial indexes 1801-37
