Edward Goode B 1863 West Ham Looks promising as I have abt 1864 from the census.

Well, I'm very sure Edward 1863 West Ham is the one we have found in 1881 above.

Have been searching for Eliza  :-\  :-\ There just doesn't seem to be an Eliza Manning born ca. 1866 in Suffolk with a father George, at least on census.

Thank you all so much for looking, you can see why I was having trouble. So the family from Lincoln/Ely is possibly them, I wonder why Edward would put Charles in front, (Charles E Goode) the occupations all follow through, Dock laboureres/Stevedore.

Cant see the Goodes in 1861 or 1871, but they are in Great Grimsby, with a son William aged 1 in the 1851 census - looks like a dock labouring job for John.

I'll post the Reference and transcribe later ...
