Wellingborough Newspapers
« on: Saturday 28 October 06 00:30 BST (UK) »
Please could someone tell me where I could access Wellingborough Newspaper Archives for looking up obits from 1927 and 1928?  I visited the library today but they only have copies post 1950 and don't currently have a working film reader to view them!

Thanks a lot.

I would have thought that would be the Kettering Evening Telegraph.

You can visit their office and plough through their old copies of newspapers.

You can also view them at the Kettering Library on microfilm.

Google both to get more info.

Does anyone know if Kettering Library offer copies should you find any articles of interest?

I'm also looking for some obituaries for the same newspaper!
