       my internet is going so slow,why? all of a sudden,

Are you Broadband or dial-up?

If Broadband, go to www.adslguide.org.uk and click on speed test. This will give you the downstream and upstream speeds.

Better do that speed test then, Joe.

Mine went down from approx 500 kb/s to av of 50 kb/s. My fault is the BT Board at the very small local exchange. All on that board  are having the same problems (and have been given the usual BT excuses - your equipent, line too long, etc.). We are now taking it up with the 'powers that be' and, hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

I'd love to see the results of oonagh and your tests.

What browser are you using (Internet Explorer or Firefox, etc.) ? I think it might be worth downloading it again. Also it might be that your browser settings are not allowing full access.
