Duncombe Street Middlesbrough

My gt grandmother's address on her marriage cert in October 1891 shows as Duncombe Street Middlesbrough. I have tried to find who lived there in that year's census by looking on 1837 online but it won't give me the street name. Does anyone have any idea why ? 
I did put the address in Google and came up with one of Jeff Knaggs' ancestors - I was going to email him (Jeff, not the ancestor) to see if he had any idea but thought it was a bit cheeky when it wasn't about one of the Knaggs. Maybe he's a Rootschatter?

I found it by finding people (Ann TULLEY) on that street in 1890 per:

That's great Ambly, thanks loads. Might give me some clues about her - on the assumption of course that they were the same people living there in October when she married.
