1840 & 1850 Census Lookup Please - Columbia County NY

Would be very very grateful if someone could do a US census lookup for me.

Am trying to track down a branch of my ancestors who tradition has it emigrated from England to the US in the early 1800s.  I have traced 1 likely candidate from the 1880 Census and am now trying to link him to other members of the family who came across with him in order to prove I have the right guy.

I've managed to find out that he is listed on the 1840 & 1850 census for Columbia County in NY (Apparantely living in Claverack) and wondered if someone could review the census and tell me if there are other members of his family either living with him or in the area.

The main man is:

Ezra Abel - born 1809 in Bedfordshire England.  He should be married and living with Charlotte by 1850, but I am looking for the following family members:

His father Joseph Abel - DOB unknown but around 1780ish
His mother Mary Abel - born 1786 Bedfordshire, England
His brother William Abel - born 1811 Bedfordshire
His sister Elizabeth Abel - born 1814 Bedfordshire

I have actually found an Ezra Abel matching your description in Berrien Michigan in the 1880 census. He is married to Charlotte and has a daughter M Lydia, 29, born in NY and a daughter Louisa, 26, born in Pennsylvania, and a grandson, Larue, 4, son of Louisa.

In 1860, in Berrien, Michigan, we have Ezra and Charlotte, along with Edward, who is 19, George who is 13, Mary L, who is 8 (M. Lydia), and Frances L, who is 7 (Louisa?).

In the 1850 census, I have found him in Claverack, NY with Charlotte, Edward and George, but no other siblings or parents. I will search for them separately.

The 1880 match you have is the same as I do - the location and the age match the Ezra I am looking for but to be sure I am hoping for another piece of info relating to the family.  The 1860 helps flesh out his children so thanks very much.

If you are able to look for the others I'd be very grateful.  I've done a lot of research in the UK but US records are a new experience for me!
