Hi Cloke

Further information to assist:
RE: Eliza was on the 1841 as the eldest child with her parents and siblings, but she was not on 1851 with her widowed father. The father, William was in Shipton on CHerwell in 1841/51 - the registration district is  Woodstock. The 1841 Census ages were rounded.
RE: Joseph 22 William  19 & Susannah 13- they are all on 1851 with their widowed father - also on that Census is a grandau: Ellen WILLOUGHBY age 5 b Shipton - do you already know who she belongs  to......

The following could well  be Eliza   - and what's more, there appears to be a George next door who fits to be her brother - could your George have been married once before he went to Australia??

FREEBMD:
Marriage June Qtr 1849 - RD: Woodstock, Ref: 16, Pg 227
ELiza WILLOUGHBY

1851:  Thrupp, Oxfordshire
Head: Thomas WASHBROOK 30, Ag Lab, b Thrupp
Wiffe: ELizabeth WASHBROOK 28, b SHipton
Dau: Elizabeth WASHBROOK 1, b Thrupp

Next Door:

Wife: Mary WILABOY 21, b Buckingham Bucks
Dau: Sarah WILABOY 1, b  Buckingham Bucks
