Completed source of documentation for a Gateshead marriage

Hello,

I would like to acquire the documents to "prove" the marriage of my great-grandfather, Samuel Thompson, and Frances Moody in Gateshead, 1892.
Could someone please post the details of the correct office that I should apply to? If you have the 'phone number, I'd appreciate that too.
