If you do an IGI parent search using Richard Lennox and Sarah Pickering, it returns a number of children born to them in at what is recorded as Aughrim, Woods Chapel, Londonderry, from about 1849 to 1855 (your 1857 birth for Richard is not there but that is not unusual with IGI records).

Woods Chapel was a Church of Ireland church in the Civil Parish area of Artrea in the townland of Lisnamorrow, Poor Law Union of Magherafelt. The ordnance survey map ref is H928872.

Map of Aughrim, County Londonderry, near Magherafelt.

Some records for Woods Chapel are held by PRONI.
