This looks like her birth registration if you want to obtain the birth certificate to ascertain who her parents were.

I agree.  Tees Valley provide an excellent service but sadly this particular birth does not seem to appear on their index yet. The birth index for Redcar and Cleveland is still incomplete.

I have looked for her in the 1891 and 1901 census and not had any success.      How does she fit in your tree?   Do you know anything else about her?
