Trying to get some details/location of a row of quarrymen's cottages in Blaenau Ffestiniog called Dolgaregddu. I believe (but can't confirm) they were demolished at the end of the 1900s and bungalows built in their place
Can anyone help?

Quarryman,

I think your best bet for local knowledge would be the town library in Blaenau:

http://hen.gwynedd.gov.uk/adrannau/addysg/Llyfrgell/cyffredinol/Safleoedd/LLyfrgellBlaenauFfest.english.htm

Address: Blaenau Ffestiniog Library, Canolfan Maenofferen, BLAENAU FFESTINIOG, LL41 3DL
Tel: 01766 830415
Fax: 01766 830545
E-mail: LLBlaenau@gwynedd.gov.uk

they might not only be able to recommend books, but also have photos!

worth a try anyway.
