Hi

Sorry to but in but the name Miriam really grabbed me

had a look on 1837 could only find the one Miriam Liley Dewbury 1880 JFM 9b 572 - I'm guessing that is the one you have. Could not find the death for her.

Checked using idea Andrea had only found one other Miriam on the 1881 born
1878 Oxfordshire parents Thomas and Elizabeth.

Used all the pet names I can think of that go with Miriam ie Mim,Mil,Mimosa etc
but nothing.

Regards Mimosa

Just as a matter of interest if you search for William Liley in 1881 you do find one in Morley who is married to an Eliza but they do not have a child with them.

Yes I have this census and I was expecting to find Miriam on it but she is not on any of the census.

here are links for posts I can find

It has just occurred to me that if you have never found her in a census how do you know she was born in Yorkshire??
Andrea

We do not know for sure where she was born  but we knew she married in Yorkshire.

I have done all the things you have to find her on the census and got nowhere.
