Census lookup 1891/1901 Frank Potter Howitt

I am trying to find out if Frank Potter Howitt born 1884 JunQ could be the son of a Walter Howitt of Hucknall, Notts.

Walter Howitt married Sarah Potter in 1882 JunQ and I am guessing that her surname carried through to Frank.
In the 1881 Census Walter was an 18 year old apprentice butcher with Charles Daws, High St. Hucknall. 

Could someone please check the 1891 and/or 1901 census for Walter Howitt and family to see if Frank is there.
