Hi,

I placed a old fading photo of my Granddad in his Great War Uniform, it has been repaired by the wonderful people on the photo restoration . It has now thrown up more questions. I know I will have to get his army record if it exists now. But can anybody here help.

He was in the 10th Middlesex Regiment( he told the story that Victor Mclaglen the actor was his OIC) if that part was true the location of the photo is either India or Egypt. I need to find out more.

The 10th Batt Middlesex Regt, were in India from 2 Dec 1914 until the end of the War.
