83 years old

Hi,

I hear the groan oh no not him again, but this is a plea for help, the young lady in the photo is 83 on Thursday 16th Nov, I have been waiting for this photo to arrive by snail mail for over a week. The person who sent it refuses to contact via Email, they say someone else could see it, but losing it in the post is acceptable, oh well its here now. Any clean up please.
