Yes she is a Widow in 1871.

As my next post requests I am looking for a William Mansell born about 1891/1890 who's father was a fisherman

If you could help in any way I would be most grateful
Hannah Mansell had a son William in c1864 and Thomas c1866 both are on the 1881 census,occupation boatman.
Have you any idea what that could mean?

The only other occupations I have seen that are boatman have all been where the person was living/working on a canal boat..
