I can't decipher the cause of death after diarrhoea.  Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Many thanks

I think that the 5 days was the duration of the illness - she was aged 30 and was my 2x gt grandmother.

Thank you all for your thoughts.  I am sure that it has been solved in a PM as melena.  I will leave it to you all to look up - very unpleasant and connected with diarrhoea!

Best wishes
Ellen
