thankyou to who has lightened the photo that is alot better.NOW can anybody date it .the groome's name is KARLCHEN HOWARD b ap 1897 .His fathers name :Charles Howard and Lizzie .I found possibly Karlchen as chas in1901 census age 4 .KARLCHEN is his actual name.I have photo of his father which was taken in a GERMAN studio called PILGRIM and MULLER and he was 25  thankyou again. muddy

Given the length and style of the bride's wedding dress, and those distinctive over the brow hats of the bridesmaids, I would say the picture was taken in the early 1920's, but that makes sense anyway by the dates you have given muddypuddy.
