Marriage lookup if possible

I am looking for the marriage of my Great Aunt to either of these two men

My G Aunt is Lizzie jane Williams born about 1885 in Caernarvon area. Her mother was Elizabeth Williams.

Lizzie jane married William Killam (I think that is the right spelling) and george Dilcock but we don't know which was the first.

She had a daughter Dorothy with William and Ethel and Edward with George. There has been "family" talk about them being in the York area at the time of their marriage or even Tadcaster

Does this suggest that the Williams / Kilham marriage which I found previously for you in 1917 might still be the correct one ??
