Marriage lookup if possible

I am looking for the marriage of my Great Aunt, Lizzie jane Williams born about 1885 in Caernarvon area. Her mother was Elizabeth Williams also born in Caernarvon.

Lizzie jane married William Killam (I think that is the right spelling) and George Dilcock but we don't know which was the first.

She had a daughter with William and at least one son and one daughter with George. There has been "family" talk about them being in the York area at the time of their marriage or even Tadcaster though Lizzie was found in Darlington in 1901 census

Does this suggest that the Williams / Kilham marriage which I found previously for you in 1917 might still be the correct one ??
