GAMBLE family of Barnstable

Hello all you helpful people  ;)
my grandmother had a cousin called Henry Gamble born 1859 in Barnstable
(father Charles Gamble and mother Juliana Palmer)
Henry married Ellen Maud Isherwood in Chelsea.She was born Loose, Kent. Her mother was born in Umbella,India.
I am trying to fit the pieces of the jigsaw together and find out the link.
My grandmother was Frances Henrietta Lewendon born in India 1909.Mother Stella Cooper(cooper was 1st marriage)
Frances H had a half sister called Patience Cooper (famous Bollywood actress :-* born 1905
Frances Henrietta's grandmother was from Barcelona and her surname was Clemens

I have found a marriage record of a John Gamble and Phoebe S Clement in Calcutta 1879.
It's a very long shot but thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have a Gamble born in India had a sister Ivy (married and became Daniels - or was adopted with this name  she may have gone to Australia) Fred Gamble married my aunt (father's sister Maud Woodward) Lived inB'ham England and lst wife died in 1962, Bham.   He then married my mother's aunt and he died recently in Telford UK aged 88 - any likelihood same person/family?

since posting this , which was 5 years ago i have found virtually everything i need to know . Phew it took some doing tho !!  :D

I don't think we have Gambles in Bham at all.

One or two Gambles were born in INDIA but Ivy does not ring any bells...

Hello DJ would be interested to know of your Gambles, Frederick was the only one in Birmingham  who came from India, and I  know nothing of his past, but that his daughter here in the UK thought he was adopted or fostered with Gambles (orig name Daniels maybe?) but they were born in India and Frederick looks a little (well he did) like your GGGF 
What do you have, so I can look when I go to London next month to research whilst visiting from USA
