William Radford RHODES - baptism lookup

My ancestor William Radford RHODES was born c 1806 in Plymouth.

I believe his parents were William RHODES and Susanna RADFORD, who were married 16 Feb 1800 Plymouth St Andrew according to the IGI. I have not found details of baptisms of any  children on the IGI however.

I have not been able to find William's marriage either - to Elizabeth Webb born c 1806 Devonport. First child born c 1832.

If anyone has access to parish records for St Andrews or Charles Martyr, (they lived in Charles Martyr area for many years) I would be grateful for any help. Is it likely that they were nonconformist if not on IGI for this period in Plymouth? Many thanks
