Burial records in Dover
« on: Monday 08 January 07 17:01 GMT (UK) »
Hi
Im looking for the burial details of Am(e)y Gard c1796 - there may actually be two records for the same name around the same time, as she also had a daughter named Amy who I believe died in infancy.  I can't be sure where she was buried but am certain it was Dover.
Any info would be much appreciated

Nothing at Dover St Mary.  Is Deal an option only I see an Amy (parents Richard & Amy) baptised Deal 1796 http://www.familysearch.org

Hi Casalguidi

This is the right Amy Gard.  She is possibly the only daughter of Richard and Amy Gard.  Richard went on to marry Susanna Morris who are my Gr x 4 grandparents.  Although these are the wife and daughter from Richard's first marriage, I have never been able to find a record of death for either.

Richard went on to marry again in 1797.

Thanks for your help :D
