Software board?

I know there are lots of threads about software - I'm wondering whether there could be a dedicated board for it.  It could not only discuss technical problems etc but review new software programmes.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

Personally I would be very wary of a review section - I am reminded of one utility i recommended which worked fine on my systems but wreaked havoc on another users computer.

The Moderators and Admin (T & S) are always reviewing the performance and discussing ways in which the Rootschat users can be better served by the facilities available and as has happened to the Even lighter Side , it is possible that at some future stage more changes could be made to Rootschat.

Just watch these spaces  ;)
